Refund, Replacement & Exchange Policy

At Tokfun, every item is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. If something is not right, we are committed to reviewing your case fairly and providing an appropriate solution.

Requests for refund, replacement, or exchange must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are only available in eligible situations outlined below.


Eligible Cases for Refund, Replacement, or Exchange

You may qualify for a full refund, replacement, or exchange if:

  • The item received is significantly different from the product description or approved design preview

  • The item is damaged due to a production defect or carrier issue

  • You received an incorrect item

If approved:

  • A replacement will be sent at no additional cost, or

  • An exchange for the same product (different size if stock and production allow) may be arranged, or

  • A refund will be issued if replacement or exchange is not possible


Exchanges (Size-Related Requests)

For size exchanges:

  • Exchanges may be approved if the original item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the error was caused by Tokfun.

  • Production of the exchanged item will begin after approval.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order.


Partial Refunds

In certain cases not listed above, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.


Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be approved for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer

  • Failure to review product details before checkout

  • Minor color differences due to screen display or lighting

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

To request a refund, replacement, or exchange, please email:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

    • Printing defects: close-up photos

    • Size or placement issues: full product photo with measuring tool visible

    • Missing items: photo of packaging with shipping label visible

  • Full delivery address

  • Contact phone number

Incomplete submissions may delay the review process.


Additional Terms

  • Claims must be submitted by the original purchaser.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.

  • Tokfun reserves the right to request additional verification if necessary.

  • We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet policy requirements.
