Shipping Policy

At Tokfun, all apparel and products are made-to-order. Each item is printed, cut, and sewn individually after your order is placed to ensure quality, detail, and craftsmanship.

Most Tokfun products are manufactured and shipped from the United States and Vietnam. While part of our production is handled at U.S. facilities, we also collaborate with trusted global partners who meet our strict quality control standards. This production model allows us to offer a wider range of designs while maintaining consistency and durability.

Shipping carriers may include: YunExpress, USPS, DHL, EMS, UPS, Local Postal Services, and other regional logistics providers.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

  • Production time: 1–3 business days (handcrafted and quality checked)

  • Business days: Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. postal holidays)

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may require an additional +6 business days.

  • Tokfun is not responsible for lost packages under Shipping once confirmed delivered by the carrier.

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged (not caused by misuse), we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds require the product to be returned.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after shipment. If tracking shows no updates initially, it means the carrier has not yet scanned the parcel.

If your package exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays.

  • Tokfun is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned to sender due to incorrect address may require a re-shipping fee.

  • If you request the carrier to redirect or forward your parcel after shipment, Tokfun is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Orders returned to sender may not be returned to our warehouse.
