3. Refund, Replacement & Exchange Policy
At Tokfun, every item is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. If something is not right, we are committed to reviewing your case fairly and providing an appropriate solution.
Requests for refund, replacement, or exchange must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are only available in eligible situations outlined below.

You may qualify for a full refund, replacement, or exchange if:
- The item received is significantly different from the product description or approved design preview
- The item is damaged due to a production defect or carrier issue
- You received an incorrect item
If approved:
- A replacement will be sent at no additional cost, or
- An exchange for the same product (different size if stock and production allow) may be arranged, or
- A refund will be issued if replacement or exchange is not possible
